Which flavor of intergenerational theft do you prefer?

Option A: Will add trillions to the debt over the next few years

Option B: Will add trillions to the debt over the next few years, but a different amount

Both are too old to care about the problems that they'll leave their grandchildren, who will be sent the bill for what their ancestors consumed. What do they care? Their next term is four years (if they live that long), and as Keynes said... in the long run we're all dead.
