How do you know they're Nazis? There are actually an armed group out there that didn't really stick to either side who are called the Oathkeepers and they're strict constitutionalists so I'm wondering if this is them, that's the only group I know in the U.S that looks like this.
There's nothing that I can see directly identifying this group as Nazis. That being said, you have a group of heavily armed white men marching in formation on a day permitted to host a white nationalist demonstration. Something tells me they aren't there to fight for the rights of every american - just the ones that look like them... If the shoe fitts definitely applies here...

They look like the people that brought democracy to the Ukraine and drove out the brutal and corrupt leaders.
