To me the "Deep State" are the people who controlled the printing of "money" They are not elected but are there from generations ever since the inauguration of the Federal Reserves . They are Mostly Bankers , Royalties and their related descendants. The "Deep State" main objectives is to rule the whole world as their "Plantation" and the citizen as their "slaves", while giving us a false sense of certain degree of "free choice" and "freedom" like the movie the Matrix" Very few wake up and escaped from their alter-state of consciousness.

It does not matter who is voted into power, as soon as they realised the truth of who these powerful people are in controlled ; you either surrrendered to their controlled or be killed and be replaced in due time. Trump is now in a predicament and acting like a bi-polar President swinging from right to left and vice versa.
