THINK WISE NIGERIANS

Good morning, the intangible and imagined divides of our country Nigeria may just get wider as elections approach next year. 

In the Bible is the story of the ascension to dedication, leadership and betrayal in the story of Gideon in the book of Judges.Of note and concern is the parable of Jotham "if in good faith...." you see, the people of Shechem made Abimelech a king out of nepotism and were not factual of deeds or potentials.

In the same way, Nigerians have been voting along ethnic and religious grounds, never on merits or capacity; hence not in good faith. Because of that the destruction of the electorate by the elected is inevitable, as witnessed in every democratic process since independence. Leadership and follower ship must be meritorious and based on truth. 

When bribery, inducements and falsehood drives leadership processes nothing good can come of it.Let's look into the future with the eyes that saw the past, but more so with a vision of dreams that never end.
