And it's been a much talked about foreign policy issue that one might think that a Presidential candidate may know.
to be fair the dude did kind of say what would you do about ' A leppo' like he was asking what he might do about that guy with those sores on his face that lives in the downstairs apartment and yells and smashing things at night..
