The media loves to play on our vocabulary and misuse words, People think education, healthcare are a Right when it is not. I agree that it is wrong to presume that others should be forced to provide the country with Free services based on a presumption that they are entitled to it by a RIGHT they just have.... those providers will be mandated to accept a reduced compensation for their services.
