How to control a population: Part 1

This will be a series of posts aimed at detailing the methods of controlling large populations. To do this I will draw on several studies, psychology and historical methods which have already been used to control the masses. This is NOT aimed at being a how-to, my aim is to educate so that we can be aware of traps being set as I currently write this. Each part of this series will outline one method of controlling large populations - there are an infinite amount of possibilities, many of which we're likely not even aware of yet. To ease into the series we will use UK politics as an example of one method of control.

  An important point to bear in mind when reading this is that there always has been and always will be individuals that seek to control the world - this will likely never change.

"Desperate people do desperate things" - Unknown

An argument can be made that desperate times brings out the best in people and this is undoubtedly true. We see time and time again incredible acts of bravery, community spirit and great people come out of devastating situations/environments. This is not to say that we should engineer these situations but in the interest of being as impartial as possible it's a point worth making. Furthermore, if you are currently reading this in one of those situations it's important to take solace where possible and so keep strong and drive through the shit.

          If an individual is in a desperate situation and you offer to resolve that situation the likely hood of getting said individual to sign their lives over in return for the resolution is increased. The more desperate the individuals situation, the more likely they are to sign their lives over...literally. This works on a macro level too. Take 9/11 and the Patriot Act as an example. The American public were in a psychological frenzy, a mix of anger, fear and lust for revenge (Admittedly the American public still do not have revenge). This allowed the Patriot Act to be passed with little opposition at the time; yet now (Dec.2017) it is widely accepted that the Patriot Act was a government grab for power over the lives of the American public. 

       It is not just through violent acts that you can gain control over the public. One of the most effective methods is to take as much as possible from as many people as possible - essentially target the middle and lower classes. This can be done through the hundreds of taxes that currently exist in the Western World as a whole. This has been played out in UK politics over the last decade (and arguably earlier). The Conservative party along with the Liberal Democrats and currently the DUP have stripped the regular individual of their wealth and ability to gain wealth to an extraordinary extent. The current amount (Dec.2017) relying on food banks to survive stands at:

       This is very much the tip of the iceberg. Household savings when adjusted for inflation is at a low not seen since the early 90's & household debt is at record highs. (Source) It should also be noted that these are government figures which are always manipulated to give a fake account of situations. Yes, governments worldwide are engaged in fake news directly!

       So there's the desperate situation the UK government have engineered... where's the power grab in return for the solution? The opposition leader with some what of a cult following is Mr Jeremy Corbyn - a socialist/communist. It is clear looking at his voting record that he has voted on the moral side of the majority of issues over his 34 years as a MP. The issue is not and never is the individual - it is the idea. 

       It is beyond reasonable doubt that governments create problems therefore the idea of giving more power to government fits the dictionary definition of insanity. The dictionary definition of socialism is: "a system or condition of society in which the means of production are owned and controlled by the state" i.e handing over of any remaining personal control over to the state - insanity. So why would the UK public be so in favor of this? (Source) Desperation.

     This is an almost perfect execution of gaining absolute control over a population. The Conservative Party - the main party which publicly caused the problems the UK public face will take the blame. The Labour Party which did not put up a huge resistance to the Conservative Party gains absolute control over the public democratically.

P.S  Many of you may be left thinking this seems planned. While there is to the best of my knowledge no public information on this, parallels can be drawn to that of numerous wars in which groups financed both sides. Should you wish to dig into this example, it would be worthwhile investigating the donors of both the Conservative Party and the Labour Party as well as the elite supporters of both.  However, proceed with caution. It is likely that investigating this kind of information will flag you up at GCHQ and possibly the NSA. Furthermore, the term "conspiracy theorist" will be rolled out as well as general ridicule if you discuss with the vast majority of individuals today.
