Yes indeed the whole Trump cancer donation narrative is an obvious and rather lame attempt at political smear. You can always pick the leftist fake news smear jobs. They just cannot help themselves. They must always spread on that additional layer of smear, the one they believe is the killer blow. In fact it's that last layer that turns the smear into a laughable joke.
