Don't under estimate the amount of out time wasted standing in lines to get a permit license or paperwork to do anything and everything ...... I would like to see a time management study done on how much of our time is wasted ...eg. returning pop cans ...a recycle truck goes by every house in the country ...but no you have to cart them to a recycle depo ..using gas and time ... multiply that times a thousand other stupid things we have to do that are just wasteful ...
