California bans Marijuana delivery drones
It would seem whether marijuana is legal or not, the delivery of marijuana at least in California is illegal if done by drone.
But one area being left out is the autonomous sector. Sure, a drone can already deliver you a pizza in California. Yet the California Bureau of Cannabis Control is forbidding the delivery of marijuana by an autonomous vehicle—whether from the sky or the ground.
For what reason was this ban justified? Was there a discussion? For citizens of California, do you think it's justified?

Marijuana is legal in California.
One day force fires in fires in high-rise condominiums will be fought with drones. Once the The electric drones have the ability to lift 50 pounds of cargo they could be used to put out fires by dropping water. Forward looking infrared technology will tell the drones where the hotspots are and where to drop the water. Because of artificial intelligence and batteries becoming less expensive you could have 1000 of them working for you.
Sounds interesting for once
Drone pizza delivery seems ok. I'd agree on preventing delivery of drugs or alcohol because if the drone fails it could be found by kids.
Enforcement is another story. There are millions of people with marijuana black market experience in California. Try stopping drone delivery! The DEA is going to get funding reinstated for enforcement of federal marijuana laws in legal marijuana states. Will this spark revolt?

I can understand how this is justified. Even though it's easier to use technology and drones, this industry might have to rely on the human.
