What interests me is that the above screenshot dates back to October and appears to be a conversation between Hayes and (possibly) Heise regarding an arrangment, then there's a gap of about 2 months between that convo and the convo between the pair in December within the OP. What transpired between October and December would clear this whole thing up as what we see so far is an arrangement, 2 months of silence, then a text from Hayes that includes a link to evidence to justify a whole different reason in regards to what is claimed by an Andy Craig on Facebook. Until then the waters look muddy and no one can really determine the true reason behind blocking Paul. It could be a mixture of both reasons but we won't know unless we see the full correspondence between the two.
