So here I posted a video of Jesse Lee Peterson and Gavin McInnes talking about how black people should have stayed picking cotton and that slavery was a good thing and wasn't racist. He then decided to respond... calling me the racist.
So, I asked him if he was defending the video, and he continued to call me "pro slavery" and then insult me further for asking him a simple question.
Reminder that this person claims to be a leftist, and he'd rather attack someone for being in favor of equality than attack someone who says black people should pick cotton. It shows his true colors and that he is definitely a scumbag of the highest caliber. I don't really even know how someone can be this dumb. I really, really, really hope that this is just a big joke lmfao.

Did you watch the video? Not once did either of them defend slavery. Jesse Lee Peterson grew up in Alabama and part of his life was picking cotton (which he did did voluntarily, for money) and like most people who have had a job that involves heavy labour he thinks it's a great character building experience.
Please stop drowning out People of Colour's voices and admit that you don't know the difference between picking cotton(a job) and being a slave.

There has not been a time in US history when black people were picking cotton that it wasn't either flat up slavery or because it was the only job that a black person could get.
