Curiously enough, from a game theory stance President Trump is behaving rationally in response to a world that has become politically and militarily stalemated. The unnerving nature and unpredictability of American policy is causing a rethink in economic and political strategy amongst US allies and enemies. We certainly are living, as the Chinese would say, in interesting times.
