Why Saudi Arabia and Israel have united against Aljazeera

Since Qatar blockade many hidden things came out I wondered and asked many questions my self why two governments hate specific media?

Israel and Saudi Arabia have united the closure of Aljazeera for no reason.
when you ask your self the problem you may not find a satisfying answer.
the only two questions which every body think about is do they hate Aljazeera because of it's popularity? Or there is something else behind this?

Aljazeera is the most popular media in the middle east and Arab world as well.
