At least with respect to the minimum age of 35 (constitutionally required), the answer is yes.

With respect to the other side of the continuum, it is probably more appropriate to consider whether the individual has the physical and mental capacity for the position, which by any measure is a demanding position. Age is not necessarily a good indicator of an individual's capacity to perform the duties of President.
