EU Charter will be scrapped, BREXIT here we come

So the aftermath of brexit and article 50 has started

Various news reports of David Davis Brexit secretary has said that the EU Charter and most commonly the charter of fundamental rights, which offers more rights that the uk human rights act will be scrapped....
what this means (in my humble opinion) UK will now decide its own laws and fate
currently any court case can be appealed in the European court if you disagree with the verdict..... after hard brexit this will no longer be the case. The UK WILL NOT have to abide by the European court of human rights....

so as far as security, privacy and immigration is concerned Britain will make its own rules and decide its own fate

Only time will tell if we turn into an Orwellian nanny state or we become the 51st state of the USA in 20 years time

watch this space.....

we might even build our own wall !!!!!!!!!!!!!
