Trump visits Kenosha, Joe Biden slams the visit, then plans to also visit

It didn't really come as much of a surprise that when Trump decided that he was going to visit Kenosha, Wisconsin that the media immediately labeled the visit at "divisive" and catch-words that they have overused to the point where it has lost all meaning. It wasn't surprising that Biden jumped on the bandwagon to say that the visit was bad as well (although it was likely a team member feeding him words rather than his own thoughts.)

The media was predictably putting words into the mouths of the people of Kenosha as well saying such predictable things as "he is making a bad situation worse" or that the people "do not want him to visit." They so badly wanted him to not visit that there was a massive crowd on hand to welcome him.

There were not incidents reported of any sort of violence but of course security was on high alert. It's funny how law and order can actually be achieved when a government decides they want it, isn't it?

I will join the media in saying that this was definitely a photo-op and it is also part of a campaign objective. It wasn't necessary for him to go there but to suggest that this isn't something that every single president does on a regular basis would be to completely ignore history. They all do this. While I am sure there are some people there that didn't want him around that is just politics and nobody is better at skewing this information than the always anti-Trump media.

It obviously isn't necessary for the President to go and see the aftermath of the riot damage first hand and yes, this is obviously done for vote-gathering reasons but this is something that everyone in politics does on a regular basis. The media just doesn't pay any attention to it when it is one of their guys.

Joe Biden tried to rally in statements (again, I'm sure it was his political team and not him, because it was coherent) when he joined along in saying that the President's visit to the city would cause more problems than it would solve. This is not at all surprising nor is it surprising that he would hypocritically decide to visit the city as well, just 2 days later.

Joe is meant to have a "community meeting" and for the love of everything holy I really hope that there is a question and answer session that takes place that involves questions that aren't scripted. This should provide us with comedy gold and Biden has become very well-known in recent times for bumbling through anything spoken, even when it is fed to him on a teleprompter.

You may recall that the Biden campaign has been very silent on the riots and protests and really the only times that they spoke about it at all was the usual talking point about "freedom of speech" and downplaying the serious and destructive nature of these protests that are not protests at all. However, lately we have seen that the Democrat master-plan hasn't been going as well as they would hope as polling indicates that most people are in support of the "Law and Order" approach that Trump is talking about and then, magically, the Democrats immediately flipped the script.

To anyone with any intelligence, this is an obvious flip-flop that politicians are so well-known for. If the polls hadn't shown that most people are fed up with this crap, the Biden campaign wouldn't be talking about it at all and CNN would still be trying their best to hide the actual violence and mayhem that these protests and riots are actually causing.

The fact that Biden is going to Kenosha to "help them heal" is just laughably stupid. Joe didn't even care about them until polling in the very important swing state of Wisconsin revealed that standing back and doing nothing in regards to riots is very unpopular.
