John Harris R.I.P. presents his talk on common law and how your rights are hidden and mis-used against you.
He explains how they create statutes that are legal but not lawful. and how the police are a corporation and have moved more frome peace officers (their original role) to police officers, serving a corporation and upholding statutes (which usually carry a monetry penalty) instead of upholding common law and your constitutional rights.

John harris was an advocate of the freeman on the land movement and created the website http://www.tpuc.org/ (the peoples united community)
John died after apparantly commiting suicide (strange how many young truthers commit suicide these days just after becoming prominant in the media) in may of 2015.
You may not agree with all his opinions but a lot of his evidence is irrefutable . he exposes to you what is already in plain sight.

What is Common Law?

What is a Statute?

• A statute is a legislative act of a society

• Formal written agreement which governs a country or state

• Something that has the ‘force of law’ or colour of law

• Almost always comes with a monetary ‘Charge’

• These laws are on man and restrict freedoms

• That which is legal

• Commercial law

• Maritime admiralty law

• Law of trade

• Law of the sea
