Actually, Stephen Halper is a spy with connections to the Bush family. This also isn't the first time that he has been caught spying in on presidential elections. When he was in the CIA in the late 1970s / early 1980s he spied in on the Carter campaign.

This is very concerning, but it is not new nor do I think Obama is the only person behind this. The deep state is more concerned with preventing anti-establishment candidates from winning than it is concerned with left or right.
