Is North Korea A Threat Or Not? 🚀

The Fight Between North Korea And The West

The encounter has been continuing for a lot longer than ten years, since 1945, truth be told. Since the USSR fell in 1991, leaving it powerless, North Korea has sought after nuclear missiles, and now it has achieved that goal.

The tech used to dispatch a satellite is a similar technology that you need to have to send an Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM), that is, a missile that can hit the USA and anyplace else on the planet. Furthermore, North Korea has propelled a few satellites.

North Korea's atomic arms stockpile is a deterrent to the USA, which still has troops in the South. It can't hope to win a nuclear war against the USA, and it knows it. It is following a hedgehog methodology: attack me, and you get spiked.

An Analogy

Consider the way the typical bar fight begins. One intoxicated man incidentally bumps into another and makes him spill his drink. The other turns, pushes the guilty party and gives him a few of choice words.

They start pushing and swearing at each other until the point arises where one of them throws a left hook. To state it another way, little provocations are exchanged forward and backwards, progressively building in intensity, until the point that a fight creates.

This is a rough outline of how geopolitics can be, with the exception of most nations remain far from the "line" of what will really make them get into a brawl.

Is North Korea Really A Threat?

North Korea is a danger to the United States, but not directly. Kim Jong Un is playing a round of posturing, which is essential in his mind in order to maintain and gain power. Kim Jong Un utilises his threats of violence to both show to his people that he is powerful, and show to the world that it is best to just leave him be.

Subsequently, we, for the most part, make gestures for discipline to North Korea's trouble-making, however, make no real action, and Pyongyang makes gestures of annoyance, yet does not try and "liberate South Korea". For a long time, this course of action has worked out fairly well in both the United States' and North Korea's favour.

The North Korean regime is worried about preserving its own survival more than anything else. As a result, it creates atomic weapons and antagonises South Korea, Japan, and the West to attain a picture of power and ideological authenticity to the general population of North Korea. This makes their regime to look plausible and furthermore strikes fear into the minds of the individuals there so that they do not revolt.

It is exceedingly improbable that war will break out, yet there is each reason to remove any tensions between nations. Negotiation is superior to demolition. As the great speaker, Winston Churchill stated, jaw to jaw is much better than war to war.

The real dilemma in this is nobody can truly agree what the "line" is for the nations included. For obvious reasons, the United States doesn't want an unstable regime having an ICBM, yet will the United States do much else besides being aggressive?

Nobody knows. The genuine risk is that posturing on the two sides will transform into a real conflict and until that point arises, North Korea is not an actual "danger" to the United States.

Sort:

All this conflict between the two parties is not for the benefit of the world as a whole, we hope that the relations will return to their brotherhood because we want a peaceful world, not war and destruction.

The is an all talk no action situation. The fiery rhetoric from both sides is just to pamper their egos. They both know what's at stake and I don't think either of them will attack the other. Keep steeming :)

We have become the threat.

Per the quote, I think it should read "Humans are the Virus" @arckrai

Let us think about it, when has this world had absolutely no form of war anywhere, at any one given time?

The content makes good reading, two cocks strutting around seeing who is the bigger one and going to rule the roost.
