UK and the rest of the world seem to be in a good spin of big changes and surprises. However, it'll be interesting to see if things will start to calm down or if we're just getting started. Things like this can be a start for political instability and even greater changes in next 1-5 years.
I'm hoping this is the start of something good, as the people demand action on inequality and having a fairer world.
So am I. It might be naive, but I wish most people aim for a better future and a better world. Even though politicians are easy to see as a group of people aiming for personal gain, but I truly hope they aren't like that.
It sometimes seems however, that if a politician wants to get a higher position, he or she has to be something completely different than most of us. Different ethics, different ways of thinking, different values.. it might be the reason things can get really nasty. Only few would want a nice everyday woman/man to be the PM.
Too many politicians see it as a career rather than a calling to make change, we need more people going into politics to improve lives wether that is as activists or elected representatives.
