I think they may be just negotiating better conditions or are planning to leave the ruined building before it crumbles, wholesale distraction, no idea on how it will end tho, gibraltarians don't have to be having a good time either, sad that it's affecting you without having anything to do, hang in there my friend.

No idea how this shit show will end with the EU, as the UK leaving puts a massive hole in the Euro and the European budget, it could lead to the collapse of the EU, it is leading to the collapse of the British government system, that is not just me saying that, it is factual.
The best way to solve this, is for people to come forward with new ideas, the problem is though, most people simply do not care, are too busy with jobs/life/raising children etc.
We simply need more people to come forward with new ideas, with regards to a better system, and there are very few of us with those ideas, as is, now.
I agree with you, I think we're improving the way and ourselves with it to see how far we can go, we'll see how everything goes and let's hope the shaking doesn't cause much harm.
