Israel has been looking for revenge since the setback it received at the hands of hezbollah, while Saudi is trying impose it Wahabi ideology all over the islamic world. Thanks to Russia its once again a multipolar world, it would be interesting to see if Iran and Turkey are able to stop the division of Iraq and Syria into a new Kurdistan region.
