Everything is under Martial Law
The reason they orchestrate these wars is because it brings in Martial Law. Martial Law supersedes and replaces common law and natural law, which is why they have to make statutes for common law crimes like murder, assault, theft and they even call it something else, like homicide.
Under Martial Law there are no crimes that are NOT written down in a statute, which creates what is known as civil law. Under Common Law your rights are unlimited and undefined, but under Civil Law the ONLY rights you have are those written down in a statute somewhere. Statutory rights are inferior to common law rights for that reason. It also means that they can change the statutes and thereby change your rights, or even eliminate your rights.
Therein lies the real objective to their wars and subsequent Martial Law. The objective is to slowly enslave you by re-defining your rights a little bit here and a little bit there until you have no rights.
