These so-called courts know that no living soul is in their jurisdiction, but they are playing their legal games (chicanery) to get you the living man or woman to be a surety for their fraudulently created cestui que trust. As the party who has accepted responsibility for their fraudulently created cestui que trust, you have the right to subrogate their rights, which means you can assign the rights of the cestui que trust. When you bring up that issue, it exposes them for all of their fraud, treason, sedition, and perjury of oath.
