1- Cliff Carnicom has conducted research which shows that one of the "desired effects" of Chemtrails (desired by those who created the Monstrosity) IS that since everyone is effected as a result of inhalation & carries "MORGELLONS" fibers, when said fibers are subjected to certain wavelengths they MULTIPLY AT AN ALARMING, ACCELERATED RATE. REMEMBER the ZOMBIE SCARE in Florida where a man ate another man's face off while another ripped his own abdomen open & literally THREW his inner Organs at Police! This WILL MAKE a ZOMBIE out of you & us ALL with the right Frequency, INDEED, this is an insidious Weapon & SHOULD BE BANNED on a Global scale.
2- This being said, HAARP can also make people do crazy, criminal things - such as shootings, stabbings, beheadings etc. As is the case with an MK Ultra, the Targeted Individual will have no Knowledge or Memory of ever having committed a Crime, much as has been proven by Master Hypnotists that bring about the same end effects.
3- HAARP is an EXTREMELY DANGEROUS WEAPON capable of all this and more - such as manipulating or manufacturing Weather, forcing Earthquakes & ensuing Tsunamis. This IS the #1 Most Dangerous Weapon (including WMD) on the planet.
