Of course the fair wage shouldn't be completely separate from the work's value established by the market, but you need to take on mind that both parties of the work-relationship tend to be on completely different positions.
Apart from short economic episodes of lacking of the labour force, the worker is always far weaker than the other.
Workers have a right to earn a living (earn enough to able to support oneself without without worsening of material status). Economy has to serve the people, not the other way round. Employers need to protect labourers as weaker and protect their wealth, because the smaller it is the more essential impact on a life it has.

Remember, there's always a chance your position may get weaker and you don't want it to be used against you
Angielski to nie jest moja mocna strona a wiem, że rozumiesz po polsku więc po polsku odpowiem. Nie wiem skąd Ci przyszło do głowy, że pracownicy są słabsi i potrzebują opieki. Bez pracowników nie było by żadnego pracodawcy. Są równi i tak powinni się czuć. Problemem może być takie właśnie myślenie jakie prezentujesz. Poczucie niższości pracownika daje możliwości wyzysku.
Angielski - myślałem, że rozruszam tu międzynarodowe towarzystwo, ale chyba rzeczywistość zweryfikowała.
Odnośnie odpowiedzi, to szczerze bym chciał by tak było jak mówisz, ale jak wygląda to raczej tak, że jak chcesz 300 zł netto podwyżki to szef ściąga se Ukraińca i mimo że tak traktuje ludzi to ma chętnych do pracy - bo z czegoś trzeba żyć

Fair salary is a salary that's above the minimum wage. Considers experience and the position. Considers the standard of living in the country too.
