Thank you! I like experiments and I usually enjoy the outcome :D last week I made red pepper borscht and it was surprisingly awesome too. Veggies usually go together well :))
oooo red pepper borscht; as in the big non spicy type? Sounds tasty. I have been addicted to capsicums/bell pepper/red pepper lately. Been eating them raw by itself or with other dishes.
Yes, big sweet peppers. Me too! I eat peppers with everything. Must be something in this winter haha :) although your side of the globe is sunny now, isn't it?

Powiem Ci szczerze, że już dobrze nie pamiętam - to był eksperyment i wyszedł nieźle. Na pewno dodalam czerwona paprykę, dwa małe buraczki i słodkiego ziemniaka - pokrojone bardzo drobno :)
