The annual ceramic festival in Boleslawiec (Lower Silesia, Poland) this year will take place on 16-20 August. At the fair in the charming Old Town, you can buy ceramic artwork, take part in sticking and painting workshops and learn the secrets of firing. At the same time, there is an antiques market and accompanying cultural events. Ceramic from Bolesławiec is a product whose fame far exceeds the boundary of Poland. Characteristic designs and high quality of products allowed the city to survive the hardest economic times and become a small leader of the underdeveloped region.

Coroczne święto ceramiki w Bolesławcu w tym roku odbędzie się w dniach 16-20 sierpnia. Na kiermaszu odbywającym się na urokliwym Starym Mieście można zakupić ceramiczne dzieła sztuki, wziąć udział w warsztatach z lepienia i malowania oraz poznać tajniki wypalania. Jednocześnie w mieście odbywa się giełda staroci oraz towarzyszące wydarzenia kulturalne. Ceramika z Bolesławca jest produktem, którego zasięg wykracza zdecydowanie poza granice Polski. Charakterystyczne wzory oraz wysoka jakość produktów pozwoliły miastu przetrwać najtrudniejsze gospodarczo czasy i stać się małym liderem podupadłego regionu.

Szkoda, ze nie bedzie mnie w PL na czas festiwalu.
