Zawieram również w swoim składzie witaminę A, która poprawia twój wygląd skóry.
Działam antynowotworowo, bardzo dobrze wpływam na oczy. W moich owocach znajdują się witaminy z grupy B oraz witamina E.
Jeśli stwierdzono u ciebie niedobór żelaza, jedz mnie częściej.
Jeśli zaś często zdarzają ci się skurcze, masz problemy z koncentracją, to również powinnam znaleźć się w twojej diecie.
Działam oczyszczająco i moczopędnie a w
efekcie tracisz niechciane kilogramy.
Bardzo często wykorzystuja nas do produkcji kosmetyków. Nic dziwnego, mamy bogate właściwości:
