If your going to be a cop you have to be a hero. You can't be a tool for the oppression of man kind. You can't be a coward. Going around harassing people, discriminating against people because of what you may feel about them.
The other day a street vendor was stopped, cited and ticketed for serving food without a permit. The Officer in question went further by taking the mans wallet and taking all the cash out assuming it was all made from sales transactions.
Truth is we don't know the full story. The guy filming was agitating the situation. The vendor looked as if he just wanted out of the situation. The cameraman has since been on the news. Who is he? Is he a cia or fbi operative?
Who is Beto Juan Matias? Where is he from? Is he actually illegal? Doesn't look like it. Not sure about his story. Hopefully he is not a bad person because many good people are standing up for him.
Bottom line is Aranas #76 has a history of this kind of action. Him and those like him need to be reprimanded and removed from positions of power. He in particular needs some psychological help. He probably truely believes he was just doing his job upholding the law. He needs to know that's is not how it's properly done.

But Wait, is this all a socially engineered mind control program? We see this and assume he is being targeted because he is Mexican. The guy is of Hispanic descent so if this was staged they knew to have all Hispanic people as the protagonist and antagonist. There is this thing where these sponsored agendas pop up, spawned by some viral video. We fail to look into the details. As fair humans we see injustice and we jump. That is good, yet naive. It's both simultaneously. Don't get all emotional until all the facts are out, unless you are there and you can actually do something to positively impact the situation.

He can pay all the permits, fines, taxes and fees to secure that he can be in a location he can get money. If this is real. If it is not this is typical of psyop. The Camera Man had this special promise to his son prior to the incident makes this questionable. My Dream is that all of this is real. The Vendor gets the Go Fund Me $. The cop gets fired and we get to a point in society where when a cop gets out of line we can get him, her or them out of there immediately.
