Cops remove and mock dying man in hospital, later dies in their custody

A man just wanted help for a severe headache. The hospital would not help him. So they called the friendly police department. He was obviously in severe distress. The cops mocked him saying that he was 'faking it'. They dragged him off to jail where he died two hours later.
