Senat in Poland
There was no quorum during the vote in the Senate, because calculation from pressing the buttons it turned out that 41 votes were for and 6 were abstaining. To be a quorum, there must be a majority, or at least 51 senators. A break has been made. The cameras were check, there were 73 senators in the room, so there was a quorum, but they did not put votings cards. Voting was considered important. Senate - a chamber of reflection. Bravo.
Bearing in mind the above, we should restore the old traditions that lay at the foundations of the Senate - choosing animals for senators. Only I would go a step further and hire more competent animals than a horse (ancient Rome), namely: Paul octopus what predicted the results for the World Championships, Harabe gorilla shot at the ZOO in 2016, "Funcik"pig who predicted results for Euro 2012, Lonely George the last of the species Chelonoidis nigra abingdoni and because of the life experience of Ming mussels.
