RE: New Donation Page for Lucksacks

The first suggestion is unfortunately not something allowed by law when concerning poker in our jurisdiction and many others.

We share tourney game and hand results on our blog @spl and our website for the past 2 years.

Thanks!

There's laws against steem delegation in return for free chips tokens? News to me. If so, maybe registering online in another jurisdiction would suit. The Caribbean and some Central American countries are quite open to online gambling sites.

You sharing tourney results is far less likely to create a buzz than individual players sharing the same (or similar) results on their own channels, Steemit and other platforms. More likely to create a viral marketing effect, much like the other STEEM games.

Surely there's a way to utilize SP and reward players for sharing the platform.

Affiliate/referral systems have proven their marketing worth in the crypto space. Can be the difference between another 2yrs of scanty tables or a sudden boost of players.

Anything that can be deemed "of value" (by anyone willing to sue) that is transferred for tokens on a site associated with gambling (especially in cryptocurrency) is a recipe for a court date.

Players from our site have been doing this for 2 years. Unique content creation by individual humans is far better than auto-generated spam posts that serve little to no purpose outside MLM techniques, which we despise.

We just like playing poker. We're not into creating viral marketing or MLM so people can spam links all over blockchains to reward themselves and make the entire site less appealing for everyone else.

The site markets itself organically and when the price booms more people play. The price is the marketing and when price is down, people leave town or join the latest MLM game and watch them leave a few months later for the next chain. But, we'll still be here! =)

For MLM people, sure. That's not us. Not our style. We generally ban anyone posting affiliate links in our chat, ask some Bitconnect people on here (if they're still around). ;)

Well considering we hit server limits when SBD/STEEM are m00n without doing any of that and we've been around for 2 years and are the longest running Steem game ... I think we're doing just fine. =)

Thanks for the input!
