I think these days where you are grumpy is mostly because you are not satisfied with the outcome of your actions. Therefore take your time and reflect on yourself what you have could done better. If you also feel physical exhausted try to do some sport and eat healthy for the rest of the day. Enjoy the sunlight or just go for a relaxing walk and try to surround yourself with calm people...thats what helps me the most!
