Your bet can be either the nuts or a total bluff.

There is only 1 combination of AA that you can have, while you can have 65, 64, 63, 62, 54, 53, 52, 43, 42, 32 which are a lot of combinations for each.

Really easy call for him and he was really unlucky that you got AA. Nice hand

I 3betted an UTG opener so an Ace can be in my range (AK, AQ, Ax suited). It would be a valuebet for TT-JJ-QQ-KK also. But even if I have K high or Q high I would win the hand, ok I'm probably not betting them... however I don't understand his (river) call.
