Thanks @knircky for downvoting the plagiacreeps (plagiarim creeps) that seem to infest your comment sections.

I hadn't heard of @steem-bounty before. How does the payout work? Do you select which user answers to the question and gets the 5 STEEM payout?

    We are still working on it, but the payout is controlled via the votes. We have not released it yet but will soon.
