This is the new loading page for Pokemongo.
We see here the new Gyms are up but still under construction.
Pokestops have a new halo, that indicates pokestops that you have not visited yet.
Another new feature is that you now have the ability to search for pokemon you are looking for in your inventory.
Thanks for this. I wondered what the gyms under construction were when I saw them the other day.
