Pokemon Drawing#12 Butterfree

In the Pokemon animation, Butterfree was the very first pokemon that Ash captured the time it was a Caterpie. We can see how Butterfree is very effective in pokemon battles where he uses its Compound Eyes ability.

Finished Drawing

In my drawing, I use black color at the edge of its wings while white color inside its wings. A color combination of pink and violet in its body. And lastly, colored blue on its feet.

Process of my Drawing

I started drawing on Butterfree's body form.

I then continue to draw Butterfree's body details.

I then draw its wings.

I then started to draw lines inside its wings.

I then trace with Calligraphy pen where it is much more beautiful to look at.

I then started coloring the black part of Butterfree's wings.

Colored the internal portion of its body.

We can see now the beauty of Butterfree.
