I see many people left so I am so surprised to see all the changes here but I am glad to see you here!
Communities are groups where people post from now, instead of your blog. If you join the community you can post directly from it. Tags for the communities work too.
Most of the old Japanese community are gone. The new Japanese community leaders are doing a good job rebuilding it though.
