we have a the parade every year. just different locations. last year it was at a field call padang in front of the City Hall building for our jubilee celebration. I think every 5 years of so, the parade is at padang.
The National Stadium was a location for the parade before it was torn down and rebuilt.
In between, other than the padang location, the other popular location was a floating platform at the Marina Bay.
