LOVE OF EARTH

I did not know
One man could be so transfixed
So enthralled and overcome
By mad love for the Earth.

I have been washed
By Her intimate rains,
Immersed in all Her colors and frequencies,
Transformed by the pureness of
Her Presence.

Mountains, rivers, jungles,
Beasts, insects, fish,
Lucious pomegranates
All vibrate to wild dancing
Within my heart.

I am in love,
In love with
The earth.
