The Wind has Been Colored by the Storms - Stream of Consciousness

a speaking fire
the colors
electric and orange
in the distance
a storm approaching
and the wind
changing smell
changing ways

its direction altered
by the lightning
thunderous roaring
deep on the horizons edge
a blue and grey force
wandering
falling onto the earth
below

its force
unimagined before
a storm so great
it tore the trees asunder
and the mountains
crumbled
dirt and dust
clouds rolling down
the hills
to us.

a speed unknown
we flew
into the opposite direction
to save ourselves
and then realized
the storm would be
the perfection
in nature desired.
