Poetry Dice Challenge - Week 4 Entry - KNOWLEDGE
the fish knows to swim with the flow.
The man knows the time of his dinner is near
by the length of the mighty oaks shadow.
Knowledge is power, the fruit that we earn,
as we grow in this life, as we live and we learn.
To balance the scales all things must move on,
like the fountain of water that feeds a small pond.
Don't leave your mind sleeping, keep it unlocked
and you'll find the path through this life never blocked.

Very true indeed, knowledge is power. Excellent entry. I was quite curious to read your poem since I entered the same contest. Our interpretations are very different.
That is why I enjoy #poetrydice so much. It's wondrous to see how people interpret the dice. I read the poetry and notice how creative people become when they are bound by the dice. There are a lot of thinkers on STEEMIT!
The poems people come out with are so diferrent.
