At night I walk the beach, leaving footprints in the sand.
Closely, I examine what remains of a castle washed partly away
And see a fish, caught in the pools that the castle walls create.
With a sense of justice, I release it to its home in the sea.
Balancing between the high-rise rush, and paths to small bridges over meandering streams
I ponder the clock and head back home, choosing My path in the dark.
Lo, I look up - nearly home now - and see, a shooting star.
