STEEMIT POETRY CONTEST #11- Is It Just Me?

Hello steemians, this is my first entry into the #poetrycontest initiated by @terrycraft I do hope you like it 😌

Being alone doesn't hurt anymore,
I don't think of-- or want more,
I missed her at first,
Now on my own even though i tried my best

My hell, It's like being alone,
Has put me under a spell,
I have no one but me,
It doesn't even make me scream,

Now there's a lady at the end of the street,
With her eyes staring and gazing it seems,
But live in a boat, that's still adrift,
with her paddling or is it just me?
