“Nightmare”

Let darkness succumb it’s area within
Over casted by the clouds the only light seen
Gazed at the stars only his eye behold
Stories of life that are yet to be told.

Blinded by his superstitious belief
In there, a fire caused by his grief
A hope that appears in light that glows
Burning the emotion’s full of sorrow.

He closed his eyes and bid goodnight
In his death, wanting to see the light
Suffocated by the air he hardly breathe
A nightmare, nobody care to heed.
