Dancing with the river - Danza en el río - Challenge of 100 days of Poetry - Day 79
My musical theme that I connect to, between lines, with this creation is:Jorge Drexler - Al otro lado del río
Proclaiming loudly: Ugh! What a trip!"
Dancing with the river
Life is a dance with the river in a raft.
winds and rapids, slow and deep waters.
lights on the road.
The changes of steps that are experienced
affects the way you dance
Dancing with the river helps to know,
remember old steps
of other dances with him,
to take the pulse of the oar.
to unite it with the rhythm.
Trust the couple,
will prevent dizziness, falls
and even stones in the shoe.
We can gain value and vision
when you dance in turbulent waters.
The other dance couples,
although they dance differently,
They accompany us on the flight to the water level,
they help us face the rapids,
and get the best of one by simply dancing side by side.
You have to put your heart in the dance.
We can rest on our shore.
Of course, this tires us.
However, to finish
the dance we must reach the end,
with strength and enthusiasm and
maybe, we should even ask:
Did we learn?
Danza en el río
La vida es una danza con el río en una balsa.
virajes y rápidos, aguas lentas y profundas,
luces en el camino.
Los cambios de paso que se experimentan
afectan el modo del baile.
Bailar con el río ayuda a conocerlo
a recordar viejos pasos
de otros bailes con él,
a tomarle el pulso al remo,
para unirlo con el ritmo.
Confía en la pareja,
evitará mareos, caídas
e incluso, piedras en el zapato.
Se puede ganar valor y perspicacia,
cuando bailas en aguas turbulentas.
Las otras parejas de baile,
aunque bailen diferente,
¿Aprendimos?

All experience brings learning. Reaching the end is a challenge, it is satisfying, it brings joy.
True, that is the essence of the message. Life is always "pa`llá".
Nice content
Thank you, @ekufanes
You are welcome.
La vida es un eterno aprendizaje, me encanta la comparación de la vida con la del viaje por el río, superando escollos y aprendiendo a sostenerse para no ahogarse. Genia como siempre, aquí seguimos y falta menos
¡Gracias, Mary!
Nice ! journeys through the streams of life.
Also reminds me that we only have a few days left in this challenge that we have been encouraging each other in. Reminds me to go hard till the end:)
Good interpretation, as always, poet!
Beautiful, reminds me of Nobel Prize Winner 'Siddhartha' by Hermann Hesse.
Muchas Gracias, @zeleiracordero amiga
