It is good to teach and share the skill of "active participation" or "conscious experiencing" when reading/watching/listening/feeling any kind of art...it deepens the connection between artist and observer...it also lends the individual the ability to create potency in their relationship/experience of life in a more general sense; to heighten their awareness and perception to the poetics of nature and their surroundings.
