From the cold metal canopy
I look up to the moon and speak
I say, "that's me"

From the dimly lit suite
I look up to the stars and speak
I say, "that's me"

For I feel as if I am not here sitting idly
I am escaping this world as fast as I can be
Further from anyone else I can see

And I know it is not fibbing
If I would be saying
That my rocket never really took off in the beginning
